• All orders may be cancelled or returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

• All cancellation or return requests must be submitted through our website.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
• Returns due to manufacturing defects are fully accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Installment-based purchases (e.g., via Value or Aman) cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds & Fees

Please note: Bank/card refund times vary depending on the card issuer’s policy.

All eligible cancellations or returns within 14 days are free of charge from our side.

Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request or returned product.
